Our priority is the health and safety of our employees and of the communities we serve, including our customers. Paradigm adheres to the policies and recommendations by our provincial governments. As such, we will no longer require masks to be worn in common areas or meeting rooms of our corporate offices.

We recognize that everyone continues to have their own comfort levels with COVID-19 and we encourage all employees to respect co-workers, and others in our offices as well as other offices, of their personal choice to continue to wear a mask.
