Marjorie Ingjaldson

Marjorie Ingjaldson is a high performing, strategic and innovative Healthcare Leader with over 19 years of progressive executive leadership experience.  Marjorie has led high quality, interdisciplinary, patient-centered care teams and project teams in primary health care, acute care, and patient flow services.  As a former executive director in the Saskatchewan Health Authority, she has experience leading province wide, patient flow integrated operations, policy, procedure, and strategy development.  Her passion is serving patients and supporting care givers to deliver the highest quality care possible. 

Marjorie is a proven Lean leader, change agent and project manager with system wide strategic analysis, visioning, and operational experience.  Her experience includes strategy development, operational leadership, patient and information flow program design, business planning, business case development, project planning and management, process improvement, operating and evaluating a broad range of health care operations, program quality improvement and transformation initiatives across multiple programming service areas.

Marjorie is a lifelong learner and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Certificate in Health Services Leadership, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, and an ASQ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
