Ashley Smidt is the Vice President of Business Development/ Marketing, responsible for Strategic Business Development activities including Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, and Solutions Partner Development. Ashley leads Paradigm’s Business Development team and national sales strategies. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Certificate in Economics from the University of Regina. She obtained the PRINCE2® Practitioner designation from AXELOS and the Advanced Professional Leadership Certificate from the University of Regina. Ashley is active in the local community, volunteering with the United Way of Regina and the Globe Theatre. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family at Last Mountain Lake.
